We are a community based organization of volunteers whose
mission is to foster and promote community development
primarily through sport.
We do recongnize the benefits of recreation and culture activities and the advancement they make to enhance the overall quality of life for the residents of Regina.

Vision
We strive to create a future for all citizens of Regina to enhance their quality of life through participation in and access to the sport, recreational and cultural experience.
